All Sales Are Final.
Due to the nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All purchases are considered final sale.
Limited Edition & Limited Quantities All of our jewelry pieces are limited edition and available in limited quantities. Once a piece is sold out, it may not be restocked. We encourage you to shop early to secure your favorites.
Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of every piece. Each item is individually inspected and photographed before shipping to document its condition at the time of departure.
If your item arrives broken or defective, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Enjoyatemujerchingona@gmail.com
- Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item
- Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
If your claim is approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. Replacements are subject to availability — due to our limited quantities, an exact replacement may not always be possible, in which case we will work with you on an alternative solution.
We are not responsible for:
- Damage caused by improper use or wear
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
- Claims submitted after the 48-hour window
